Hi, I'm Blake. I've created games like '89 Doors' and 'Shapes Are Mean' but right now my big project is a tower defence game called 'Forgive Me My Henchmen'. you play as a typical head 'bad guy', deploying henchmen and sabotaging a building to delay an unstoppable one-man army.
I really enjoy creating the fictional autobiographies of my henchmen. For example:
Meet the pilot - Walter. Born in 1965, his first words were ‘Send me to Naam!’. While people his age were learning to read, Walter was airlifting vets, orchestrating rescue missions, and waking up to the smell of napalm in the morning. By the age of 4, he was one of the army’s most decorated soldiers and by the end of the war, had been awarded the Medal of Honour twenty-seven times.
Loyal to a fault and bound by a sense of duty, Walter is the kind of man that would lay down his life for his friends, superiors, and brothers in arms. It is because of these attributes that Walter is perhaps the only man that the Overlord fully trusts.
